What shipping carrier do you use?

United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. The best shipping carrier will be chosen for you.

How are exchanges and returns handled?

Exchanges are based upon availability of stock.

 

How long before I receive my item? Is expedited shipping offered?

We do not offer expedited shipping. Processing takes up to 48 hours. All shipments will take standard 3 - 7 business days USA and 10 - 12 business days for international. 

Are tracking numbers provided?

Yes, all tracking numbers will be updated to  your order once product has been shipped.

How often does inventory change?

Inventory changes quite frequently due to amount of orders placed daily.

Do you restock ' out of stock' items?

Yes, depending on product and availability from supplier. 

Why are some products limited in size?

Inventory changes frequently. Sizes will be updated as inventory is received.
